Terms & Conditions for Prices, Ordering, Delivery and Returns

All our prices are quoted in GB pounds and include VAT at the correct rate at the time the order is processed. Whilst we aim to ensure all prices are correctly quoted occasionally an error can occur. On discovery of such an error any orders will have the product offered at the correct price, cancellation of part or all the order and a part/full refund if the payment has already been made.

Products shown on our website are described as accurately as possible. The products are illustrative and may vary from time to time such as the labelling, please contact us in the event you require any further information.

Product prices are exclusive of any delivery charge, these charges will be subject to change from time to time without prior notice. All products remain the property of Stonepit Vineyard until payment in full is received and delivery is complete.

Please note that we will endeavor to deliver any orders within the timescale stated at the time of purchase to the delivery address you provided and within a maximum of 30 days. We are not to be held liable in the event of a breach of contract by the delivery company.

Stock levels are constantly changing therefore products may become unavailable. Any orders placed will be offered an alternative where available or a full/part refund if payment has been processed.

Orders will be allocated a reference/order number, this must be quoted in any correspondence. By placing an order with Stonepit Vineyard, you confirm you are of the correct legal age to purchase alcohol. Deliveries must be received by a person above the age of 18 to purchase alcohol. We operate a ‘Challenge 25’ policy this may require you to provide proof of age and possibly a signature to confirm this. If there is no one at the delivery address the product will not be left and a re-delivery will be undertaken. If two attempts to deliver have proven unsuccessful the goods will be returned to us and a further delivery charge may be applicable.

We reserve the right not to accept an order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason and will inform you in writing of this. If payment has already been processed, we will contact you to make a refund.

You may make changes to your order within two hours of placing it, after this time orders may not be changed. Any changes after this time may incur extra costs in the total price of the products ordered. If these prices are higher you may choose to cancel the order in writing. No changes can be made after the products have been dispatched.

All deliveries should be checked on receipt, if the order appears visibly damaged in any way do not accept it but return it to the courier. Couriers will only accept damage liability within 24 hours of delivery therefore these must be reported within this timescale.

Should you subsequently find within the packaging damaged or missing products please contact us forthwith. Correctly reported damages, missing or incorrectly described products may entitle you to a part or full refund if replacement is not possible. Please contact us swiftly in order that we may assist you with any queries.

If requested by us you must return any faulty, damaged or misdescribed products within 14 days of delivery or your right to a refund may be lost. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct storage and re-packaging of any product you aim to return to us to prevent spoilage of the product.

These products are of an agricultural nature any incorrect handling and storage may cause a variable affect to the detriment of their enjoyment at consumption, this being the case we will not be in breach of the warranty as such. If on the return of the said goods you have not fulfilled these obligations and they have deteriorated, we may use our discretion in making any refund.

Any refunds will be made to the payment method used at purchase or by another means by which you must have notified us in writing. We endeavor to make any refund within 10 working days.     

Your Rights under the United Kingdom national consumer legislation are not affected by these terms & conditions.

These terms & conditions are subject to English law and may be challenged thus. Should any one part be deemed unlawful at any time this will not prejudice the remainder.
